The restaurant mainly serves meat dishes using "Wagyu Akagyu Kosei Beef (Japanese Red Kosei Beef)" raised on the company's own ranch, and only about 3% of all Akagyu (Red Wagyu beef) in Japan is distributed in Japan. The restaurant offers a wide variety of steaks or Akagyu-don (red beef bowl)... that can only be made possible by the company's own ranch-fed beef.

A bowl of rice topped with three different cook ways of Akagyu Kosei beef. You can enjoy the rice bowl with three different flavors: shigureni (boiled in sweetened soy sauce cooked with ginger), soboro (Flavored ground beef), and sweet and spicy seasoned belly meat.

You can grill meat at the table in front of you and carry what you want to eat from the case. You can enjoy rare red beef yakiniku (grilled beef).
